Hi again.
I believe I've read that the 622 comes with 2 remotes, an IR and RF.
Tell me if I'm wrong, but I thought I read that the IR is for the main TV. I'd like an RF (UHF) remote for the main TV as well.
D* has had me stuck with an IR remote for 8 months, and with a 2 year old and her toys always in the way of the receiver, the RF is my only good option.
Is it possible to get 2 RF remotes before my install on the 28th? is this something I should bring up with a call to E*?
Thanks in advance.

I've just gone through this myself, there are a bunch of threads on the forum on this topic if you search for "dual uhf".

Effectively, the UHF remote they give you to control TV2 can also control TV1, but you will need to get a green "UHF Key" to plug into the bottom of the remote to switch it to work with tuner 1. The "Indicator key" is the little piece of plastic on the bottom of the remote that is colored either blue or green for TV 1 or TV 2.

The UHF Pro remote has a "special" green key with a black 1 on it that has the special function of sliding an internal switch in the remote to change the tuner it controls. Ask your installer to leave you that key, or as you can see in the forums, you can slide the switch yourself with a toothpick to position 3 and run with no key installed at all.

I am using dual UHF remotes, I had an older UHF Pro 8.0 that I'm using to control TV2, and I changed the UHF Pro 6.3 remote that came with the 622 to control TV1.

Do not try to remove the green #1 tab from your IR remote, you'll break it and it won't reprogram the UHF remote anyway. (learned the hard way)
