Dish 500 Locals Question in Chattanooga/Atlanta area!

I live in Northwest Georgia and have had noticed some friends are now telling/showing me the Chattanooga Locals are working on the older Dish 500 Satellite. I was wondering did Dishnetwork put the Chattanooga locals on another Sat., because when I was considering to get them I was gonna have to get another special dish called a Superdish. I was at a friends house today and he showed me them in the EPG and they are broadcasting. Thanks for any info regarding this matter.

Most locals were moved to 110 satellite when Echo X went live some months ago so a dish 500 is all most need unless you subscribe to HD.

I had a waiver to get distant nets from Atlanta, Georgia does that mean I will lose them since they now have the Chattanooga stuff on the Dish 500. Thanks for any info..
