I think I saw a post about how to prevent the annoying popup for interactive content on the NFL ST channels, but I can't find it. Either my memory is failing or I'm not using the right search terms (or both).

Is there a way to permanently prevent those popups? I know I can hit Exit each time.

So far, this is my biggest complaint. I guess I'm lucky.

the preferences only changes the player alerts. it doesn't disable the message that says you can have player alerts. and that message comes every single time you tune to a ST channel. It's majorly annoying. I actually like the player alerts for FF and they are not in the way at all, a tiny one line that's up for like 5 seconds. You would think that once you turn alerts on they would stop telling you that you can turn alerts on. It's like, duh, I already know! Get that big box with Willie Parker off my screen!

I have no problems seeing Willie Parker (grew up in Pittsburgh), but not every time I change the channel!

A workaround is to add a player to the list, then you only see when that player does something fantasy worthy and the banner goes away.

Well, at least that worked for me yesterday---I now see after reading futher back that some of you folks still see FWParker anyway...

I turned mine on and never saw a banner pop up talking about it again (other than when one of my players did something). So if you really want to get rid of it try adding one player who never plays (like a backup QB). Then you should never get pop ups about it again. I get annoyed with the "Score" pop-up every time I turn to a ST channel. Does anyone know how to get rid of that?

I guess it doesn't annoy me at all. In fact I'd like to be able to pop it up anytime because I found myself waiting for it to popup so I could hit the red button to bring up the scores. Different strokes for different folks I guess.
