Hey all. I"m having an hr20-700 installed tomorrow in my new basement (not quite finished yet). The installation notes say something installation of phone line is included but i'm not certain on that. In any case I have the phone wire in place, with a plug crimped on the dvr side. The other end is by my phone distro panel installed by the telephone installers when I built my house. I don't have the equipment to punch down to a pots board. Is this somehting the installer will do OR do i need to get my friend to come over tonight and hook it up for me?
