Is there any way to view the progress bar when using 30sec skip? I'd like to know where I am progress-wise.

Thanks.

No, not at this time. You see it for FF and Rew and pause, but not skip or slow motion/frame advance.

I would certainly welcome this feature. When I was with D*, pressing play was a good way to bring up the progress bar without affecting playback on the HD Tivo but I often would like to see it after using the +30 second button and I don't know of any way to display the progress bar without actually stopping/rewinding/forwarding the video. There should be a way to display this without fouling up the video. It would be nice if both "play" and "skip forward" would display the bar. Maybe in 366? :D

It isn't the graph you see on the progress bar, but I wanted to mention that Cancel or Select buttons will tell you how much more remains of the current show. That isn't how far behind "live" you are if that's the "progress-wise" you were looking for, but does tell you "progress-wise" of the show. If you want "time to live", I'd use Pause after 30 second skips.

Thanks for the tip! In lieu of the progress bar, this is a useful tip.
