One of my 622's will no longer download the Program Guide. It just hangs on the 033 message. If I press "Stop" during the first 30 seconds, it will return to normal programing. If I leave it hanging on 033, in 5 minutes it self-boots.
Everything else is working normally, and both my 211 and other 622 are able to download Program Guide information normally.
I've down several soft & hard resets, ran check-switch (it forces a program guide download after CS test is run), and forced a self boot, the one normally done at 3AM.
Everything is normal, switch, SAT signals, etc.
Any suggestions?

Thanks Ron. After I put up the post, I did go ahead and try that. I think it's called a register reset. Anyway, it did no good as far as downloading the program guide. One thing did change...now when it just sits on 033 it does not self-boot. After 5 minutes it just goes back to normal programing.
I called AHDTS, new box will be here Thursday. I'm just happy it's the bedroom unit and only has around 25 timers set up. The living room unit has over 70 :eek2:

Interesting enough, I woke up this morning to find the guide fully populated...all 9 days.
It's interesting because the last self-boot was the one I forced at 5:30PM last night. I never set it back to 3AM. Late last night, the guide only had the current and next show listed...beyond that, everything said No Info Available. Timers were not available, and everything associated with No Guide Data was unavailable.
I put the unit in standby around 1AM. At 8AM this morning, the unit had a full guide again.
I always thought the guide was updated during the nightly self-boot...no??

The receiver doesn't have to reboot to download a new guide. It just has to be in standby.
