View Full Version : CSN 629 blacked out?

Directv channel 629 CSN has been saying "Program not available since 600 pm Thursday on all of my recievers. I subscribe to sports pack just for this channel to get my Redskins stuff. Is anyone else getting this message on their screen? I called DTV and they are researching it. It is currently 8:55am and that message has been on since last night.

If you're outside of the Caps broadcast area (which in NC, I'm guessing you are), you should have started seeing the blackout at 7 last night when the game started and end around 10 when the craptastic excuse of a game finished up. But if it's STILL blacked out now? I got nothing... sorry. :(

CSN was back on at 6:30 pm tonight to record Sportsnight. I guess D* figured it out while I was at work.

Well after my Redskins stunk it up today, I flipped over to 629 for Redskins Postgame as I have for the last 5 years, and guess what, "This program is not available in your area." I am well aware of the blackout restictions and this show should not be blacked out. Out of all the 600 channels, this is the only program currently being blacked out. After calling Directv they said "the game ran late." I politely told the CSR there was not a game on that channel before that would've run over, it was The Sports List. I am getting disgusted with this. As of now it is 5:10 and Redskins Postgame was to run from 4 to 6. Currently there are Bears and Browns postgame shows on and they are not blacked out.
