HELP... deactivated my HR10 and tried clearing data

I sold my HR10-250 and today I watched all the programs I had on it. I selected the clear all data option and NOW it has been 2 hours. I have tried unplugging it and when it comes back on it goes right back. This is unreal.... any clues?

normally take about 3-4 hrs so relax and let it do its job

Did you select "Clear and Delete Everything"? That can take a few hours, as naijai points out. Be patient.
