Both tuners already in use

I ran a second line today for my HR20 but when I try to record two things in the same time slot or record one and watch another channel live, it tells me that there both tuners are already busy.

In the conflict screen, the first tuner shows the correct title of what is being recorded and the second tuner says "no title available" and the "watch now" button is grayed out.

In the system test screen, both tuners show "OK" and 95%

Can anyone help me with this?

Have you tried rebooting...
So the system can redetect both tuners..

I just saw the same thing tonight while recording Boston Legal. Rebooting the system seemed to fix the problem.

After you reboot, you have to tune off the initial channel to "separate" the tuners.

Yep, had to red button reset to get my 2nd tuner activated as well.

I just ran into the same problem again tonight. It came up with the same message as before.

This time I could change the other tuner but only to CSI. I checked the todo list and it was set to record. However when I looked in the playlist and guide there was no indication it was recording CSI. Also the trick play buttons were all inactive while watching CSI. Once CSI finished "recording" then I was able to use both tuners again without any problems.

I didn't have any problems before and now I've had this twice this week.
