.....and it is GOOD! Man, I can't wait till Wednesday to get mine installed. The only thing (as I've said before) that will keep it from being my "production" DVR will be the dual buffers or the end of the NFL season with a promise from DIRECTV saying they will be in place before the next season :D. FTM enabled will allow me to use my antenna on all four TVs again (I have four HDTVs) when the time comes.
I saw the pixelation mentioned with this software upgrade and it really doesn't look like that big of a deal. The 30 second slip is a little disappointing, but it is what it is.
I know that I only had a few hours with it but what I saw I like. I can't tell the difference between OTA (which I have now) and the MPEG-4 channels. Maybe I'll have more to say in 96 hours when I get my own.
