I have a MDU account, but the dealer recently dropped off my account because it was too much hassle for them to fix problems when they were more than 4 hours away.
My apartment complex managers are idiots and signed on with them in the first place.
Well, here's my issue, there is no dealer on account and I haven't received signal in 3 months. I'm located in Ellington, CT and have a 3 LNB dish with a MDU switch outside the building. I'm the only one with service in this building.
I think the only problem is that the splitter used outside from the switch went bad during a thunderstorm.
Directv is unable to send a dealer to fix this for me, but told me I could find a dealer on my own and they would reimburse me up to $150.00.
So, is anyone willing to fix this for me? :)
