Just a small tip that worked for me. For those who haven't received the 6.3 upgrade (I am one) and for those who don't want the 6.3 upgrade, there is something that you can do that may work.
I changed the layout of the guide. For me, the biggest annoyance of the v. 3 is the length of the refresh of the guide upon launch and scrolling to future programming. May I suggest changing the guide layout. First go into your settings and get rid of the blue screen. Is TiVo associated with M$ in some way? Their blue screens kill me. :D Next, change the format such that the channels list on side of the guide and the programming is on the other side. I will post a more detailed process for those that need help later.
