HR10-250 Connect to My PC

I have just upgraded to teh New HD Reciever and want to use my DR10-250 in my office and connect to my PC. I want to be able to use the HD , but my current Tuner card wil only see in 480i mode. I know I need to have a HDTV Video Capture card but am not sure which one. Anyone do this already and have a good suggestion? All the ATI cards I look at have the connection for Free Off Air antennas, just wonder if it will work connected to my receiver ( HR10 ) Any advice would be appreciated.

The only way to connect an HR10-250 to your PC is using the SVideo/compsite video output at 480i resolution. I'm not aware of any PC video capture cards that can capture/record HiDef from the DVR's component or HDMI ouputs.
