Buffalo Locals Breaking Up??

[JAMHRR]

During certain parts of the day for about one or two minutes the local stations break up. Channels 100 - 999 come in fine on Directv.

Can someone tell me Why this is happening? I have a strong signal on the 119 degree satellite.
