View Full Version : HR 10 Loses Activation

The last two days my HR10 has had to be re-activated. I receive a new message to call to activate the DVR service. Both days I have called and they have re-activated it but can not tell me why this is happening. Any ideads?

Request a new access card..

It would appear that your access card is "forgetting" it's programming
