yes I did and actually used it myself
i just copied and pasted the link into my browser and it went straight to the coupon.
If you cant get it to work that way, go to www.bensbargains.net and click the coupons link on the right hand side of the page, then scroll down uintil you see the new coupon 10% off $199 at circuit city and follow the link from within there.
