HR10-250 with AT9?

I've currently got an HR10 with the old 3LNB dish. Currenly my local HD is via OTA but we're on the list to get local HD via sat soon. With all the problems I'm seeing on the HR20, can I keep my HR10 and just upgrade the antenna for the sat HD or do I have to get the HR20 too?

You would not get HD locals with the HR10-250 even with the AT9 dish as the HD locals are beamed as MPEG4 and the HR10-250 can't handle that. With the Phase III dish you have now, you are maximizing what you can do with the HR10-250.

If you want the HD locals off the satellite, you need to go with the HR20 if you want DVR.
