Anyone have info about the new DirecTivo unit coming out?

I heard that it'll record 38 hours. Also something along the line it'll download PPV movies onto the harddrive and if you want you can order it and watch it anytime and not wait for it to start again. It'll be around $200 when it comes out. I know I am not crazy, I saw something on it someplace.

Does anyone have any info on it? My biggest question is will it be DD 5.1 ready?
