R15 Channel Changes not Picture

My R15 is about a month old, it will stay on one station even though is shows the channel of the station you changed it too! Has anyone seen this problem? If I do a reset, it corrects the isssue. But I am having to do a reset 1 to 2 times a day.

What specific R15 model and software version do you have?

I had the same problem occur. After a while, even rebooting would not solve the problem.

After talking with their tech support, I had to reformat the hard drive to solve the problem.

Seems that the auto-record of the channel you are watching was failing due to the bad filesystem and the channel change would never finish.
