I just ordered through Circuit City.com - it says they have some in stock right now.

Guess we'll see if its true and actually arrives on time, or not.

Cool! I ordered with expediated shipping. I also ordered through one of their stores last week. I'll check to see if the store is planning on getting it, otherwise I'll cancel that order.

Also - they have a deal on their website giving free upgrade to the HD DVR with a purchase of a HD TV 30" or larger. I bought one of those last week, so hopefully I can go in and get a $300 refund!
