Caller ID Names

I searched prior to posting but can't find any discussion on the names popping up with the 622 Caller ID.

I just signed up with Vonage, and I finally have caller ID now, both on my phone and on the 622. I was amused when I called my number from my cell to test the CID, and sure enough, on the TV, I saw my name:

Lastname Firstname
1213XXXXXXX

Sweet.

I showed my wife, this time using her cell phone, and I got:

Cell Phone CA
1213XXXXXXX

We are using a shared family plan, and neither of us have caller ID blocking activated on our cell phones, so I was confused why her name did not come up. Or for that matter, why MY name came up.

Is there a setting on the 622 to "enroll" certain numbers?

Nope. You get what the phone co. provides. It's the same way with me. If I call my home number with my cell, my name appears. When one friend calls, it says NEVADA CALL. Another friend calls and it says his name. It all depends on how its setup with your phone co.

K, thanks for the info. At least I know now that I didn't miss a menu button on the 622 :D
