Searching for Signal after 6.3 install

Briefly, has anyone else received the message "Searching for Signal", just briefly but annoying and just for local digital channels since 6.3 was installed?

Yes, many (if not all) have seen this new "feature."

yep.. see it all the time! I also noticed that when I tune to an ota channel, the info screen is blank for about 3 seconds before it shows the info

In addition to that, I also lose the blue meter bar in the OTA Signal Strength test which requires a re-boot to enable again
