Need Help! No Audio

I was watching Discovery HD earlier today. At one point I had to mute the volume while talking to my wife. When I un-muted it, the audio never came back on. The volume on the TV is up and not muted. I have my 622 connected to my tv two ways (HDMI, and component with optical to my stereo receiver). I even swap over to the component in and get no audio over my stereo. The wierd thing is, I get audio on TV2 upstairs.

Anyone have any experiences with this problem?

There are some posts regarding loss of audio. People have experienced it. Need to do a soft reboot to get it back.

Soft reboot:

Hold down the power button and count to 10 and release it. it should restart your receiver. Make sure when you do this you are not recording anything to be safe and that you don't have any timers firing for 10 minutes. Takes about 5 minutes to reboot the box if I recall.
