View Full Version : "My VOD" vanished overnight

Turned on system tonight, hit menu button with the desire to go to "My VOD" and it was not there in "Menu" listing. It has always been there before and as of last viewing last evening.

The latest software change the name to "My Playlist". Do you see that on the menu, or is it missing as well?

#1. In 0xEB & 0xEF, it's been renamed "My Playlist."
#2. If you erase all your recordings and the HR20 is empty, it does not appear in the menu. You can still access it by hitting "list" on the remote.

I do see it as "My Play List", thank you. My next problem is that everything in my old list has completely disappeared, i.e. shows I recorded this past week but had not yet viewed or deleted. Three shows recorded last night are there. Noticed under history that I received software update yesterday @ 3:30 a.m. - could the update have wiped out "My Play List" formerly "My VOD" recordings?

It's not supposed to, but if you're sure they were all there prior to 3:30 yesterday, it looks like a likely suspect and a possible bug.

I have to agree with Earl. That red haired guy drives me crazy. I can't watch more than a few minutes. What's with all the hummers on that show ? Is that really the most economical vehicle their department could come up with ?
