I've done a lot of searching, but haven't found the definitive answer to this question. If you have it, thanks.

Is it possible to control TV2 on a 622 using IR?

It is not yet possible to control TV2 by infrared.

Their interest in Slingbox (as demonstrated on the Tech Forum) can be seen as hope. A lot of customers would like to use TV2 on their receivers for the Slingbox - but so far Sling can only control TV1. Adding IR to TV2 doesn't sound too difficult, but there are other issues that are more pressing at the moment.
