Can you buy an AT9 at a physical store, or just online?

None of the typical DirecTV dealers sell the AT9 5-LNB dish because it's not intended for self-installation. You'll have to buy one online, or get through DirecTV. Often the dish and installation are free if you're upgrading your package.

Be careful.

One online dealer had a step at the end of ordering to schedule someone to come out and install the AT9. I cancelled the deal.

I bought my AT9 dish brand new from a dealer via EBAY. About $85 with shipping and handling included.
