Additional Local Markets SD

Hi,
I'm curious, has anyone "in the know" heard anythind about D* adding any local channel markets? I have a feeling that any that are added will be tied somehow to the new satelite launches. We csrs are usualy the last to know about such things:nono2:

DirecTV, during their Q3 corporate earnings conference call, said they'd be adding another 30 markets in standard definition (SD) and another 12 markets in digital (mainly HD) within the next few months. No one is quite sure about the new MPEG4 digital markets, but there has been some discussion about the SD feeds. We have seen two markets where DirecTV has had contact with the station engineers: Lafayette, Indiana, and Wheeling WV/Steubenville OH.
