I have a 721 that has been working remarkably well. (Reboot only required every few months, total lockup maybe only twice a year, etc.)
However, there's one anomoly that occurs from time-to-time. Every once in a while we get a programmed recorded event show up with a zero-length recording. There's nothing there other than the directory entry. There's even an error message specifically for this when we try to watch it, so obviously they anticipated it.
My first guess was that I was simply asking it to record 3 things at once, either within the body or with the overlap of the start early/end late settings. But we've been very careful about this and I don't think that's it.
