Does Dish Network offer Pay Per View Movies in Letterbox and Dolby Digital? I Know the High Def Movies are. But The Selection is lame. thanks

Yes, on the guide, at the end of the movie title, look for: Dolby Digital symbol along with LBX (Letterbox). Not all movies but some are. This morning 'Nacho Libre' on channel 506 and 'Click' on 512 are being shown as both.
