Canada Gets 'The Osbournes' Un-Bleeped

LOS ANGELES (Zap2it.com) - Canadian television network CTV has sublicensed the first two seasons of "The Osbournes" from MTV Canada and plans to air them uncensored on broadcast television, according to Reuters.

The show will air at 10 p.m., hopefully late enough to keep younger viewers from catching the Osbourne's favorite phrases. CTV also plans to run strong advisories during the show to warn viewers about he language, as it has does with "The Sopranos."

Susanne Boyce, president of programming for the network, expects that "some viewers will be surprised by how the Osbournes talk to each other," but adds, "coarse language is part of their world. It's used as they really use it. The heart of 'The Osbournes' is that they're not plastic. Their fights, their love for each other -- and their language -- is real."

Wow, it will be remarkably better unedited. I think I miss about half the show because of all the bleeps! Too bad I don't live in Canada...

Yep Ray, it's pretty cool getting stuff from across the boarder, free Sopranos, uncensored Ozzy and more sports and alternative shows.

What happens if a Buffalo Snow Drift is higher than the dish. I guess they call that SEASON fade. Only happens once a year (but for 3 months straight). :p

Last year there was 8 feet of snow in some areas :) Only 4 cases of snow fade in 3 winters with E*, so it was been pretty good for me. Hows things been up there in the Tonawandas, Ray?

Lacrosse isn't really that big around here, the only major money marker for the city is the Sabres, in terms of sports.

In the 5 winters I've had my dish, I've had to remove snow from it 3 times. Everyone always thinks of snow when they hear Buffalo, but in reality, Syracuse NY on average gets more snow than us.

And Scott, they're called chicken wings, not Buffalo wings. Buffaloes don't have wings, as far as I know.

More examples? Great food, friendly people, sports teams (even though they may not win), architecture, beautiful summers, Niagara Falls...
