View Full Version : Weird New Problem w/ Update?

never seen this before, had 2 programs recorded on dvr from last night. Went to play the first one, got the 'do you want to delete this program yes or no" prompt, kept saying no, but it wouldn't "play". So I reset the box, both programs gone! Just gone.

Yes, it's a known bug that's been present in the last several software updates. Resetting your DVR will cure it, until it pops up again.

Ah thanks very much, i searched and must have missed that. Never had a problem with recordings in last few weeks owning it until today. I did reset it however the recording are gone, i guess that's the existing problem?

sorry for being a bit slow, are you saying although it appeared it recorded my program, it was blank? Is that why i couldn't hit play and have it play? Thanks!

They do not have to be blank recordings. It happened to me the same way. They are gone. I have been very careful after this to watch the whole recording after starting it. I had older recordings that I had watched in the past disappear like yours did.

I say this when running 108. Never saw anything like this with FA, but I guess there were other instances as well.
