2. They never give you the soonest install date on the phone for anything. Go online immediately after placing the order and reschedule your install. There will be several sooner days available. Sometimes weeks sooner.
3. The priority list is easy to get around.
4. If you were on the priority list, you get 12 pay per view coupons free.
5. If I had OTA, I would love my HR20.
