Mine reset. And my HR10-250 was re-acquiring guide info at the same time.

My -300 did as well. Nice to see it's not isolated to just me. :)

Yes, I had the same problem with HR20 and was pissed off as hell. What's worse, one of my recordings seems to be mysteriously missing from the hard disk after reboot. It's not like I was running out of disk space or anything. Something seems very fishy.

All of mine did, 2 R10's.

I did notice that it was at the end of getting the "Tivo Service Data"

Mine(HR20) reset at 2:30 Central and downloaded new software at 3:30 central. I think we are finally getting the OTA upgrade. I hope it doesn't screw up a good thing though. I haven't had ONE problem with this version, and I don't want to start now!!

How do you tell what time the HR20 did a reboot? Or did you initiate the reset?

For me I know the time because I was watching a recording at the time. You won't see visible evidence when a HR20 was rebooted unless it received an upgrade. To check when your last upgrade occurred.

Menu --> Help & Settings --> Setup --> Info & Test
Past upgrade: 0x???, Day mm/dd at hh:mm a or p
