I noticed that ESPN2 (HD) is no longer in the channel lineup. What's up with that? Has it been removed permanently? Thanks.

It's still on there on mine. I just checked it and it's working fine.

I am confused because this channel is not even listed in the Programming guide on DISH's website... (it used to though)
