hmm.. actually i'm a student and i wanted to ask about what are the requirements, paper works, etc. to be an authorized dealer of a product? example like panasonic appliances.

Here in the US I would suggest that you attempt to track down the local distributor of the product that you want to be a dealer for and try to get your answers through them. I don't know how marketing is handled in the Philippines though.

The toughest requirement was to buy $5000 worth of gear at once.
