Hello,
I am new to this site and new to the whole HD world.
I would like to thank everyone on this site I have learned allot just reading.
Now I have had my HR20 for about 3 weeks now, had a couple of problems the first week or so, but overall I am happy with it.
The install went fine got my new dish new multi switch and all was good. Then a couple weeks later I lost signal and noticed my dish was loose, I tighen up one and had D* come out, the guy said every thing was loose and the guy how installed it did a poor job.
Well agian thanks for all the info
