had to reset again already

after the issue last night with the partial and deleted recordings on there own, now i tried to schedule 2 recordings tonight and it only reads one tuner, after the first reset, so i now did another reset to see if this corrects this problem, did directv computers take the new year or not?

i went almost 3 weeks without a reset,,, but the last 3 days ive had 8 resets.

I relocated my HR20 to my main viewing room yesterday and after I plugged it in
and get it all set up I had to RBR due to the front panel locking up...I just wanted
to turn the blue ring of death lights off.
