Directv Ch 101 HD in 720p

I noticed that Directv has ch 101 HD in 720p.

I thought it was in 1080i.

How have you made that determination?
What HD receiver and TV are you using?

Is this only at certain times of the day? I just tuned into 101 and it was broadcasting in 480i

It depends on what they're showing. The channel isn't in HD if they're not showing something in HD.
