Sorry to say, but after two months of terrible HD problems, I am going back to Comcast. I just could not stand my HD locals cutting out from time to time. After a few calls to DTV, I don't want to wait until their 'problems' with HD locals are resolved. I may wait for Verizon FIOS to come into my area (will soon be here), but at least I never had problems with Comcast. Comcast gave me a good deal to come back, I could not pass up. DTV is good, but with HR20 issues and HD local problems continuously popping up, I can't stick around and wait. I just hope DTV resolves the issues that are out there for everyone else's sake.

300 bucks is a steep price to pay, I am not saying I blame ya, but I just cant fork over the cash myself, or I would be back with time warner cable tommorow!

Since DTV does not want the 5LNB dish, any ideas on what to do with it (for sale, etc.)?

Save it for when you hear the HD problems are worked out and you are TOTALLY fed up with Comcrap! :D

Voluntary churn increases again. Someone, somewhere in DTV has to be taking notes.

NEVER had an issue with Comcast other than pricing, but service never a problem!

Yeah I just went to TW (I never had cable b4) wasn't over HD it was over R15.

I am within inches of dumping D* over their customer service... or lack there of.
I spent 4 hours on the phone last night dealing with the 6.3b update to my HR10-250 as well as getting my HR20. The past 6 months of dealing with them has been pretty rough.
