Billing problem

I have not called CSR yet, as i was wanting to get some expert opinion from the people here.


I have a HR-20 as my main box, and old R10 as my secondary DVR in my daughter's room, and a Hughes reciever for a third reciever in my basement. So in terms of fees I should be only paying the following:

$5 for R10
$6 for DVR service

and that's it right?

Nope.

You should be paying $5.99 DVR service for the entire account.
And TWO $4.99 Lease/Mirroring fees

Aside from the programming, of course, you should be paying $5.99 for the DVR service and $9.98 ($4.99 x 2) for the R10 and the receiver in the basement.

Primary receiver is free, each additional receiver on the account is $4.99 a month.
