Lots of Unwatchables This week...

Is it just me? I've had at least one each day this week. Some are the black screen unwatchable, and others are IKD... My new HR20 had been stable, now its losing them left and right. Only good thing is it is mostly my kids programs.

YES! So many unwatchables this week. Some mine, some are the kids, either way it's totally unacceptable. D* has had PLENTY OF TIME to figure this thing out. How long have these DVRs been around. I missed the ROSE BOWL game because the DAMN THING went unwatchable on me. I swear, I had my hands on the box ready to rip it out of the wall and drop kick across the lawn. I was SO mad at myself because I should have used my trusty HR10-250 to make that recording. I called D* and they apologized up one side and down the other, but of course there is nothing they can do except send me another box. I'm not sure I want another one of these things.

Wait I could totally take out my frustrations on the old HR20 and have a new one tomorrow.

i have been relatively bug free..........up until this week. i have had no less then 4 unwatchable bugs and one hybrid grey screen of death........i need this fixed before my beloved 24 comes back!!!!!!!!!!!!

My thoughts exactly.... although I only have had problems on NBC.... but if I miss my 24.... someone will PAY!

My week was last week. I had been running fine, then I missed several recordings with IKD. This week think seem to be okay.

Agreed- I have had so many new problems this week and with 24 one week away I have been trying to decide on calling D* and demanding a new box FedExed to me.
I will be backing up 24 all over the place!

It must be something in the air. I've had a few here and there since I got the box, but this past week has been crazy. I havn't changed my season passes so I'm not really recording anything new but I've been getting tons of them. I even went through a re-format last night hoping to get this thing somewhat stable recording-wise for 24.

There's got to be a trick to it since there's folks reporting no problems, I just can't find it...Mine was a heck of alot more stable before the last update for sure though.
