Non-Premium Channels not carried on Dish or DirecTV

Uh..... can someone provide a list of non-premium non-sports channels that are carried only on Dish, only on DirecTV, and on neither with descriptions.

I think there is C-SPAN 3, C-SPAN-Radio, Goodtimes, Trio, Oxygen, Yesterday USA, and International Channel is not available on Dish.
