Can someone help me out or point me in the right direction.
I'm using TwonkyMedia and have the ports open on my firewall and linksys router. I am using a xbox gaming wireless adapter plugged into the ethernet port of the HR20.

TwonkyMedia sees my H20 as a client labeled as a Generic Media Receiver with it's assigned IP address. However the HR20 does not display my shared folders or media. Am I missing something?

I tried WM11 player and that didn't show any devices available to share with my computer in the Option->Library->Configure Sharing->Sharing setup.

Tversity did work for me either. Please let me know

I am having the same problem. Both of my HR20's see my WMP's on 2 different PC's but neither see Twonky. Any clues?

Have you set up the content locations (sharing under basic setup)? Twonky shows my DVRS as "Generic DLNA 1.0".

yeah, I have plenty of content. My PS3 works fine but my DVR's don't even show Twonky in the "computer" list.

I tried Twonky and could not get it to work. I sent a question to Twonky. I asked them how to get my MP3 and / or Flac files to play. Got this response.

"Hi,
sorry - but there is no chance to play these files with our server and that client
Thanks
The TwonkyMedia Team "

So I gave up on Twonky in favor of WMP11, (for now)

There are add-ons which you need to download from the Twonky site for MP3 and FLAC files.

right but my hr20's don't even SEE twonky. I can't even get to the point of seeing my media.
