Ka Signal Strengths

What should be the signal strength (Average) from the KA birds? This is what I have:

99
0, 100, 19, 95, 0, 96

Also, which bird and spotbeam are the Portland/Auburn, ME locals on (I'd assume 99 transponder 2 by the strength)?

I don't think anyone can truely answer your question unless they have access to the spot beam maps for SW1 and SW2 to see what's hitting your location. You're probably right that 99/2 is your local HD channels but no way to know for sure. At my location I have 7 transponders with readings, three that are 100 of very close to it, the lowest is low 80's and I get only 3 HD LIL channels.
