From day one HR 20 DVR has skiped on playback it will work fine for 5 or 10 mins then the sound and picture skips and you don't hear the sound so you miss what they are saying it just get so bad that I don't want to watch it I record alot of series and sometime both tuners are recording.I also have sd tivo and have never had any problem's at all !Why can't they get this thing fixed?I have even had this hr 20 not record series linl(seasonpass) programs so everyday I have to make sure it's on the to do list.This is why I bought a dvr so I did'nt have to worry about if it's going to record.I have the latest software
