To Retailers: Do not mislead customers about Merger details, present the facts as they are...
California: Good news - The budget was passed without 5% satellite tax....
International programming: Continuing to move forward - Just launched Sun TV - one of best East Indian channels out there...

If ever way to upgrade Hard Drive - more likely be through Data Port (I hope i got that info correct)

Phone call: Guy wants 6000 included to the DHP plan, cuz some people invest $3000-$5000 dollars into HDTV...
Jim answers - For now the answer is "NO"...Who knows about the future, but now mostly, cuz of Limited 6000s stock due to more limited demand for 6000s then for other models...
721s - Dish home upgrade - more likely - End of First Quarter of 2003...

Waco 62 is low Power channel - is not a Must-Carry - so for now cuz of Bandwitch - "NO", maybe in the future - after Merger (hehe)
