Questions on MPEG-4 HD channels

How good of picture quality are the MPEG-4 HD channels? Are they better or worse (PQ wise) than OTA HD locals? Do the D* MPEG-4 HD locals include the local sub-channels (i.e. 5.2 for weather, etc.)?

Thanks. I did not see that thread. Sounds like sticking with OTA for HD is the way to go for now.
