Tuesday night my Distant Networks disappeared, both from my channels and my EPG. Called yesterday and was told that even though I was on "Auto Pay" the auto pay system didn't record my payment and dropped my service. A "Supervisor" was to call yesterday afternoon but didn't. Called again this morning and was told that they are not restarting folks till the IT dude got the computer bug fixed. I shifted over to 6 month pay and was told that I should have my nets back "shortly." If they don't come back they want me to do a cold boot, turn off receiver and unplug it from the wall for 30 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.
They said I happened to be the first to call about the problem but have had others calling in yesterday.
