HELP! H20 Remote Goof Up.

I was messing around with my H20 and I set it to receiver mode "AV1 or AV2" without setting up the remote first. I would simply set up the remote using my HR20 if it wasn't in a state of total meltdown.
How do I reset an H20 to factory defaults?

How do I reset an H20 to factory defaults?
Use the front panel to navigate into the setup menu for the remote. Set the remote to IR by following the screen, then you should be able to change what you want.
For the remote [to reset it] pull the batteries, & press (-) button.

I apparently lost my mind momentarily. My HR20 problem child finally gave up the ghost today.
