Interactive guide conflicts

I just went to the interactive guide and reboots my system to a Attention screen and of course the same conflicts happens when flipping the channels. I don't see a satellite rotation problem, could this be a reciever flaw?

Which receiver? Conflict with what? What does the Attention screen say?
